Product maintenance
1. operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
2. before each start-up, add lubricating oil regularly, fixed point and quantitatively according to the requirements of lubrication chart. the oil should be cleaned without precipitation.
3. the machine tool must always be kept clean, unpainted parts of the anti-rust grease.
4. the lubricating oil in the motor bearing should be replaced and filled regularly, and the normal safety and reliability of the electrical part should be checked frequently.
5. check regularly whether the triangle belt, handle, knob and key are damaged, and replace them in time if the wear is serious, and report to the spare parts for replenishment.
6. check and repair the switch, insurance and handle regularly to ensure its reliability.
7. ten minutes before leaving work every day, refuel, lubricate and scrub and clean the machine tool.
