  Cross Roller Bearing is based on cylindrical roller being arranged vertically to each Other in a 900 V groove rolling surface through the isolation piece, so cross roller bearing can withstand load from multi-direction, like: Radial, axial and torque. Since the cross roller ring achieves high rigidity and the precision can reach up to P2, P4, despite the mininum possible dimensions of the inner and outer rings, it is optimal for applications such as industrial robot, rotation of the machining center, precision rotary worktable, medical machine, calculator, military industry, IC manufacturing devices and other equipments.   Rotating accuracy Rollers in the bearing are equipped with isolation pieces in a vertical column, in case to prevent the friction between the tilt of the roller and roller itself, which also reduce the rotary torque. Besides, there is no chance for rollers to occur in phenomena like contacting in one side or being locked...Meantime, because of the separable structure of inner and outer rings, clearance can be adjusted, even if being preloading, it can also get high precision rotary motion.   Usage characteristics The inner and outer rings,which are separator,are secured to the crossed roller ring body after the rollers and spacer retainers are installed. This procedure prevents the rings from separating from each other. Thus, it is easy to handle the rings when installing the crossed roller ring. The spacer retainer keeps rollers in their proper position,thereby preventing them from skewing. This eliminates friction between rollers and secures a stable rotation torque. the cross array of rollers allows a single cross roller ring unit to receive loads in all directions, increasing the rigidity to 3-4 times greater than the conventional types.
